⚠️ PAYMENT
Please go to ATM before appointment.
There will be no leaving for ATM runs after service is done!
I accept Cash only for the remaining balance
If you have any problem/ error with your hair I will try my best to fix it
(All sales are final)
I try my best to make sure the client is always happy so if the style is not what you expected please let me know at the time of appointment before you leave the shop!
(Once you leave there will be no redos/ fixes)
If I am late arriving to your appointment time you will get your $10 deposit back for the inconvenience‼️
Need to Cancel?
No need to come up with elaborate stories a simple “I need to cancel” is perfect communication for me plz let me know asap if u need to cancel for any reason no questions asked.
Tardiness
⚠️LATE POLICY
I allow a 15 minute grace period without a late fee.
At: 16 minutes = $20 late fee.
20 minutes past = appointment is cancelled!
No Call / No Show and Last minute Cancellations = Blocked
If I am late arriving to your appointment time you will get your deposit back for the inconvenience‼️
